Heart and Home Community Inc. is a 509(a)(2) community-based, nonprofit initiative of Graceful Healing Solutions, LLC. Rooted in faith and guided by trauma-informed principles, Heart and Home focuses on prevention, psycho-education, and community connection, creating accessible spaces where healing, growth, and faith intersect. Together both agencies create a continuum of support.
