Family Therapy
Healing for the Whole Family System
Every family carries both love and tension. Family therapy is a sacred space to untangle pain, rebuild communication, and move forward together. We address the unique dynamics in your household with care and cultural sensitivity. Family sessions support you in navigating big life changes (divorce, grief, blending families), supporting a child’s behavioral or emotional needs, breaking generational cycles of trauma or silence, and creating emotional safety and respect at home.

Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)
For caregivers and children ages 0–5
When young children experience trauma, stress, or separation, they often don’t have the words to express what they feel — but their behavior speaks. CPP helps you and your child heal together by rebuilding safety, trust, and emotional connection.
What CPP offers:
-Developmentally appropriate support for infants to age 5
-Attachment-based healing between caregiver and child
-Tools for calming behaviors and co-regulating emotions
