Queen’s Brunch
The Queen’s Brunch is our Summer gathering designed to normalize mental health conversations within faith spaces. This event blends evidence-based mental health education with biblical encouragement, offering practical tools, spiritual grounding, and meaningful connection. Attendees will: learn how faith and mental wellness work together, gain coping strategies for stress and emotional challenges and experience supportive community. This event is ideal for individuals seeking encouragement, education, and hope—whether they are actively struggling or simply desiring growth and wholeness.
Small Groups (Coming Soon)
Heart and Home Small Groups offer ongoing, supportive spaces for connection and growth. These groups are designed to help participants build skills, reflect together, and apply mental wellness tools in everyday life—within a faith‑affirming environment.
The Graceful Healing Retreat is designed to be a sacred space for deep emotional, mental, and spiritual renewal. With trauma-informed care at its core, this retreat invites participants to step away from daily demands and focus on healing, rest, and reconnection with God. Through teaching, reflection, prayer, and restorative practices, attendees will gain tools to regulate emotions, strengthen their identity in Christ, and experience healing within community—without pressure or forced sharing.This retreat supports those navigating burnout, stress, trauma, or transition and provides a foundation for continued growth and support.

These workshops are designed to help equip individuals with the essential tools needed for mental and emotional tolls needed for mental and emotional wellness. Our intentionally designed workshops cover a wide range of topics including: grief, trauma, emotional abuse, mindfulness, communication…and the list goes on.

All Heart and Home programs are designed to increase awareness, reduce stigma, and provide practical tools for emotional and spiritual wellness. Engagement does NOT serve as therapy or therapeutic intervention.
