EMDR Therapy
Heal from the Past. Reclaim Your Present. Move Forward in Wholeness.
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed by emotions, or triggered by past experiences?
EMDR therapy offers a path to real healing by helping your mind and body process what’s been holding you back.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps you process distressing or traumatic experiences that may still be affecting you today. It uses a structured process to help your brain and body reprocess these experiences so they can feel less intense and less disruptive.
Sometimes past experiences can feel “stuck,” showing up as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, negative beliefs, physical reactions, or triggers that seem difficult to explain. In EMDR, you don’t have to share every detail of what happened for your work to be successful. The work is paced around your needs, readiness, and sense of safety.
EMDR may be a good fit if you…
*Feel emotionally overwhelmed or easily triggered
*Struggle with anxiety, trauma, or distressing memories
*Notice patterns you can’t seem to break
*Feel stuck even after talking about what happened
*Want to understand and heal what may still be affecting you
*Are ready for deeper healing—not just coping
What to Expect
EMDR therapy typically begins with preparation and developing the skills needed to feel grounded and supported before moving into processing. When you’re ready, EMDR processing is incorporated into your therapy based on your individual needs and goals. The process may also include nervous system regulation, parts-informed work, reflection, and integration.
EMDR Intensives
Focused Time for Deeper Therapeutic Work
EMDR Intensives are extended therapy sessions designed to help you make significant progress in a shorter amount of time.Instead of meeting weekly, we dedicate several hours or multiple days to intentionally focus on your healing.
EMDR Intensives provide extended, dedicated time for focused therapeutic work. Rather than working within a standard weekly session structure, an intensive allows us to spend additional time intentionally focusing on specific therapeutic goals.
An intensive is not simply “more EMDR.” It is a customized therapeutic experience that may include preparation, regulation, EMDR processing, and integration within an extended timeframe.
An EMDR Intensive may be a good fit if you…
*Feel stuck in your current healing process
*Want dedicated time to focus on specific experiences or patterns
*Have a busy schedule and prefer concentrated sessions
*Are ready for focused, deeper therapeutic work
*Want additional time for preparation, processing, and integration
What to Expect
Each intensive is customized to your needs and may include:
*Preparation and grounding
*Nervous system regulation
*Processing
*Reflection and integration
All EMDR Intensives begin with an application and consultation process.
