Specialities & Approaches

For those diagnosed or seeking support, we offer therapy in the following specialties.

Talk therapy

Talk therapy, also called traditional psychotherapy, gives you space to share your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences with a trained therapist. Through open conversation, you gain new insights, process difficult situations, and work toward personal growth and healing.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a structured, evidence-based approach that explores the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It helps you identify negative or unhelpful thought patterns and replace them with healthier, more balanced perspectives. CBT is especially effective for challenges like anxiety, depression, and stress.

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

It helps you identify negative or unhelpful thought patterns and replace them with healthier, more balanced perspectives. Grief & Trauma Interventions (GTI)

Grief and trauma interventions provide structured support for those who have experienced loss, trauma, or major life changes. These approaches create space to honor the impact of your experiences, process emotions in a healthy way, and develop coping skills to move forward with strength and hope.

Walk-and-Talk Therapy

Talk therapy, also called traditional psychotherapy, gives you space to share your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences with a trained therapist. Through open conversation, you gain new insights, process difficult situations, and work toward personal growth and healing.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

DBT is a specialized form of therapy that teaches practical skills for managing intense emotions and improving relationships. It focuses on four main areas: mindfulness (staying present), emotion regulation, distress tolerance (coping with stress in healthy ways), and interpersonal effectiveness (building stronger connections with others).

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a specialized therapy for healing trauma. It uses guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess distressing memories. This process reduces the emotional intensity of painful experiences, allowing you to move forward without being overwhelmed by past trauma.

Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)

CPP supports young children (typically ages 0–5) and their caregivers after stressful or traumatic experiences. The focus is on strengthening the parent-child bond, fostering healthy attachment, and helping children regulate emotions. By working together in sessions, both child and caregiver build tools for healing and resilience.
